You will be working in the HR department and collaborating with the Sales department. Your aim will be to find new technical profiles (mostly engineers and managers). We are looking for someone open-minded, curious, that is not afraid by technical fields and that has good personal and communication skills. •Understanding of the job description
•Head hunting technical profiles (IT, engineers…)
•Screening and presentation of the selected CVs to the Sales manager
•First round interview of the candidates
•Follow up and reporting in English to the managers and clients
•Looking for new tools, database etc… to search for profiles
•HR process study and improvements proposal
•Level of studies : Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business
•Interested in working with technical and engineering profiles
•Meticulous and organized
•Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
•Like to take initiatives
•Ability to adapt to different situations
•Languages : English (fluent), other languages are a plus.
